The Finish Carpenters' Company
Philosophy • Process • People • Problem Solving
The Finish Carpenters’ Company (TFCC) is a Design + Build firm specializing in all custom interior finish carpentry and cabinets. We also have a manufacturing arm, Confluence Manufacturing, for producing wood-based components and assemblies.
Our goal is to provide a superior experience to each client that delivers exceptional function, style, and design across their projects and use these opportunities to grow and develop our team.
All of this is made possible by our culture of continuous improvement. Fundamentally, each team member is first a "process engineer" before any other title - our "job" is not just to do the work, but to improve the way we work every single day.
We're a growing and committed team on this journey and we're looking for people who are excited to challenge themselves and join in!
Team Benefits
Paid Time Off - All team members receive holiday pay (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day).
Overtime Pay - We want our team to have a good work/life balance, so overtime is not required; but approved overtime pay is available to all team members for work weeks extending beyond 40 hours.
Flex Schedules - Team members can opt to work either four ten-hour days or five eight-hour days per workweek and can adjust as they need throughout the year. Business hours are from 7 AM to 6 PM to accommodate these schedules. Want a long weekend? or to save on gas with your commute? This makes it easy!
Continuing Education & Advancement - The core of continuous improvement is striving to flow value to our customers (both internal and external). We invest a lot into our team and training for that purpose. As you learn and apply the principles of continuous improvement, results and the attendant advancement happen naturally.
Accountable Plan for Employee Tools - Each qualifying shop/field employee receives an annual tool budget to invest in and grow their standard tool kit.
